Sociological drug addiction monitoring of teenager and youth environment: theory and estimation of regional trends

The article analyzes the drug use situation among young people, and demonstrates its dynamics. A special place in the article is given to the validation of value and necessity of organizing and carrying out the drug use situation monitoring (by the example of the Republic of Tatarstan). The author shows the possibility of using the monitoring results in the government agencies management.
