Sociology of management: influence of Chinese culture on management in the organization

The ancient philosophy of Confucianism and Taoism has a huge impact not only on the lives of modern Chinese, but also on the economy of the country as a whole. Particularly noteworthy is the area of management in the organization. Following the increasing attention to the Chinese market by foreign actors, as well as the integration of national enterprises into the global business space, the traditional culture of human resource management has entered a new stage of its development. The conditions in which the Chinese business community found itself after the change of the country's course and its orientation towards the revival of a great nation required the transformation of existing personnel management strategies. Modern management in the PRC combines traditional and innovative features, adapting philosophical management strategies that originated in antiquity to the current tasks of enterprises. It is emphasized that the democratic management models are in demand and promising at the present time, based on the awareness of the employees of the enterprise personal responsibility for corporate achievements, a high level of collectivism and public morality, as well as the perception of the leaders of the organization staff as its key potential for progress.
