Socionomic approach for socialpedagogical rehabilitation of children in difficult life situations

The problem of social-pedagogical rehabilitation of children in difficult situations is important and urgent for many countries, including Russia. According to various statistical sources in the Russian Federation takes place annually increasing number of children left without parental care and placed in State boarding institutions (orphanages, social shelters, boarding schools, rehabilitation centers, etc.). The article presents the divergent approaches to the disclosure of the nature of phenomena, "sotsionomiya", "social health of the younger generation", are possible (the author's) interpretation of the concepts of "rehabilitation (psychological, educational, legal, social, medical)", "socionomic approach to the social and educational rehabilitation "; identified factors that cause social and pedagogical neglect of pupils of specialized centers for children in difficult situations. Particular attention is paid to the characteristics of the sources (scientific background) formation and development socionomic approach to socio-pedagogical theory and practice. Considered meaningful and methodical basis, objectives, principles (timely, appropriate, flexibility, continuity and coherence of specialists, continuity) and stages (diagnostic, design, procedurally-activity, correction and monitoring, efficient, predictive) implementation socionomic approach to the social and educational rehabilitation of minors who find themselves in difficult situations, in the realities of life specialized center. The conditions, the implementation of which ensures the effectiveness of social-pedagogical rehabilitation of children in difficult situations. The research results can be applied in the practice of professionals implementing the program of sociopedagogical rehabilitation of minors.
