The assistance to the formation of the scientific concepts for bachelor of the area 080200 “Management” based on interdisciplinary relationships

The assistance to the formation of the system of the scientific concepts which appear the basis of the scientific and practical horizon of students aimed at the development of students' thinking is one of the basic tasks of education. The question about the role of assistance to the formation of a system of scientific concepts in the process of formation of basic competences of a graduate of any higher educational institution is still remaining very urgent. The goal of the article is to examine the special features of the process of the assistance to the formation of scientific concept at the principal development points on the basis of interdisciplinary relationships. The object of article is assistance to the formation of the scientific concept “expenses”. The interdisciplinary relationships and basic key points of the development of this concept are singled out in teaching the Bachelors of the area 080200 “Management” for this purpose. The problems concerned with mastering this concept on the basis of the analysis of the algorithm of mastering a scientific concept at the principal development point. It is proposed to use L.I. Shraginoy's procedure in order to improve future managers' perception and to assist to the formation of clear key economic concepts. The given procedure includes the selection of key associations of a concept in the groups on the basis of generation associations method, formulation of a synthesized concept and comparison with the lexical version. With the help of the procedure described above the students themselves selected the basic features of the scientific concept “expenses” and formulated it. And then with the help of the instructor they corrected mistakes in their work and got a required full definition. As a result of the procedure application the level of mastering the concept “expenses” of the first year students increased. The results of the research allow to accelerate the process of forming the system of concepts, which compose the scientific horizon of students which, in its turn is one of the conditions of the successful activity of future managers.
