Oil content and quality in soybean seeds of a various origin

The comparative analysis of seeds of a various soybean breeding-genetic material from ancestral forms up to modern varieties of domestic and foreign breeding on oil and 16 fatty acids content is presented. Substantial influence on these parameters both biological features of a variety and ecological-geographical conditions at cultivation of domestic soybean varieties of northern and southern ecotypes is shown. The interrelation between the oil content in soybean seeds and its quality parameter depending on a genotype and environments is revealed.
