The content and structure of the legal culture of the individual

In the context of global computerization, there is an increasing need to specify fundamentally significant theoretical constructs. One of these in the legal doctrine is the legal culture of the individual. Using the results of the experimental work with the students of non-legal areas of training, the content analysis of scientific research in the field of law, philosophy, sociology, education science and psychology, as well as legal acts, the authors define the phenomenon of the legal culture concretely and consider its content. The study reveals three components in the structure of the legal culture of the individual that depend on each other, which are cognitive, motivational and volitional, behavioral and activity. This allows to determine the criteria for evaluating the level of development of the legal culture of the individual and suggest ways to improve public policy in this direction.
