We conducted our researches in fields of “Berezanskoe” farming in Korenovsk district, Krasnodar region, in 2016 and 2018. The purpose of the research is to study soybean responsibility to different doses of fertilizer and their application methods. We determined nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium contents and their uptake-off with seeds and dry vegetative biomass of the very early maturing soybean cultivar Lira. There were two variants in the experiment: we conducted foliar fertilizing in the beginning of flowering and combined application of N6-12P26-52, N6-12P26-52К18 and foliar fertilizing. The both methods did not influence significantly on nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium contents in plants but promoted seed yield by 0.17-0.32 t per ha and dry vegetative biomass by 0.14-0.51 t per ha. The total uptake-off of nutrients was determined predominantly by seed yield and vegetative biomass values and was in average: of nitrogen - 164.4 kg per ha, phosphorus - 35.9, potassium - 58.8 kg per ha. The nutrients uptake-off after fertilization was increased: of nitrogen - by 11.1-25.2 kg per ha, phosphorus - by 1.5-6.2 kg per ha and potassium - by 3.7-10.5 kg per ha, a rate in consumption of nitrogen : phosphorus : potassium was equal to 1.0 : 0.23 : 0.36.
