Content of the punishment in the form of limitation of freedom and current problems of its execution

This article reveals the content of punishment in the form of restriction of freedom, which allows you to display the essence and practical significance of its application. The problems of organizational and normative nature connected with the application and legal regulation of the considered type of punishment are highlighted. It is concluded that the content of punishment in the form of restriction of freedom is the imposition on the convict of a specific type of duties or the application of various types of prohibitions to him, due to the severity of the crime committed, his personality and the presence of a real possibility of applying this punishment and the expectation of this positive effect.
