The formation of professional development and retraining system for the management stuff of educational sector is the priority of national education system development. In additional vocational education in the issues of professional training of management stuff of educational organizations there are obvious contradictions between the activities of the manager and the present challenges the manager is not ready to take. In such circumstances, the principles of development of the system for educational organizations management stuff are activities and continuity. In our opinion, the continuous formation of management stuff is considered to be optimal when focused on individualization of the training and priority of independent work of the listener in the context of professional activity. Modern heads of educational organizations - a manager, a teacher, a psychologist, an economist, a lawyer, a Methodist, image maker. To perform these professional functions it has to keep up with the times, improve, and maintain continuing education throughout their careers. And in connection with the fact that requirements increase, the conditions of activity of the head of an educational organization become more complicated. Theoretical study of the content of training programs experience requirements for the effective management of the educational institution, the essence of management activities in the field of education, as well as personal, business and professional qualifications of managerial staff and long-term practice programs training in the psychology of the Academy and pedagogy of the Southern Federal University, designed to Management personnel of the education system allows us to assert that the system of qualification improvement and retraining of managerial staff of education represented a considerable variety of both traditional and innovative technologies to improve the professionalism of heads of educational institutions. In our view, the optimum appears to continuing education management training, focused on the individualization of learning and self-study prevalence of the listener on an individual or group projects, internships, regular determination of the interests and suggestions of students, active use of modular training models.
