The content of citizens' legal capacity, based on civil legislation and its doctrinal interpretation

The scientific article reveals the content of the legal capacity of citizens as a legal category of the legal status of an individual. Various interpretations of this concept of Russian civil law are also given. The emphasis is placed on the doctrines of Russian civil scientists. Examples from the world practice of applying this legal concept are also given. The article also describes the rights and freedoms and duties of citizens as elements of citizens' legal capacity.
