The article is devoted to the problems of English language teaching. The author describes the organization of the system of corporate culture formation. Content element of the system is represented by psychodrama and frame approaches. The foundation of the content element is the English language – a discipline of federal component. «Team-building» technology of the system concludes the organizational-pragmatic element. This technology includes the complex of games in English, which enable the development of component indexes in corporate culture of engineers-managers.
