Content of free amino acids in a protein of a muscular tissue of young growth of sheeps

In age aspect the author investigated a muscular tissue of young growth of sheeps of different breeds on the presence in it of free amino acids and correlation between essential and nonessential amino acids. It was shown, that the raised level of the maintenance of the majority of free amino acids serves in a muscular tissue the favorable, predicting factor for the reception of biologically high-grade meat productivity of animals.
