Content of interaction of subjects of professional orientation activities

In modern society the contradiction between personal needs and social demands is beco-ming more and more distinct, which leads to the difficulties in choosing the profession. To solve the problem the scientific understanding of the processes that contribute to the solution is needed. Studying the prerequisites of professional self-identity, it is possible to define theoretical and empirical experience generalizing the knowledge about professional self-identity concept and the processes of its support. The processes of pedagogical support of professional self-identification are the most urgent problems of modern educational institutions. Using the analysis of the pro-cess of pedagogical support of professional self-identification to define the content of general and professional education subject interaction. To achieve this goal the methods of analysis of the theoretical and practical assumptions, concepts, phenomena and pedagogical processes have been used along with the synthesis of the content of general and professional education subject interaction. The specifics of the process of pedagogical support of professional self-identification have been defined as well as the necessity to systematize the content of general and professional education subject interaction. The objectives, outcomes and content of professional self-identification while choosing the direction of professional activity were clarified. The content of general and professional education subject interaction on issues of guidance at administrative, pedagogical and educational levels was described. The content of general and professional education subject interaction can be used as the basis for the design of managerial, pedagogical activities as well as for the educational process design in terms of the professional self-identification.
