Substantial characteristics of the moral potential development of students in institution of secondary professional education

The article is discussing the problem of the development of students' moral potential, it analyzes such concepts as development, potential and moral potential. During the analysis the substantial characteristics of the moral potential were assigned and its structure was defined.
