The article presents the experience of implementing an additional general educational developmental program in the summer profile shift “People, emotions, masks.” The main ideas for developing the program: an interdisciplinary approach of specialists, ensuring social partnership of institutions of additional education, the correlation of the proposed content, forms and methods of working with the subculture of adolescents. The implementation of the program ensured optimal performance, the most complete satisfaction of the requests of both students and their parents (legal representatives).
