The abbreviated form of inquiry as a subject of scientific analysis and the prospects of its study in the framework of the doctrine of crime investigation management

The article reviews the opinions of scientists representing independent researches of an abbreviated form of inquiry. The author concludes that the study of the inquiry in an abbreviated form is also possible in the framework of forensic science, as a part of the doctrine of crime investigation management in order to increase the effectiveness of the inquiry in an abbreviated form when solving minor and petty offenses.
