The paper deals with the implementation of innovative methods in the training process of highly skilled wrestlers of Greco-Roman style by means of using of the complex of recovery steps, creating optimal conditions for the full recovery of the neuromuscular system and improving of physical performance of wrestlers. Contractile relaxation characteristics of skeletal muscles, the functional state of the central nervous system and neuromuscular systems of wrestlers were studied by the method of the computer polymyography in the annual cycle of training. In the training process of the experimental group of wrestlers it was used the technique of complex application of recovery methods: manual classical massage, vibrating massage mattress, massage bed "DYUZ0N-700", lymphatic drainage apparatus Doctor Life DL 2002D, gipoksikatr "Vershina", and four sets of relaxation exercises by the technique of Yu. Yu. Vysotchin, sensory room (SR) "SNUZLIN", saunary (S) Home-Sweater. The basis of the content of the experimental procedure was the principle of the integrated application of recovery tools in the macrocycle of wrestlers training. The integrated application of pedagogical, physical therapy, psychological and hardware recovery tools subject to individual peculiarities of wrestlers enables to improve relaxation and contractile properties of muscles of highly skilled wrestlers. It was revealed that in the experimental group of wres tlers muscle contractile properties were increased. Recovery steps help increase the physical performance and resistance of the body to the effects of physical loads of varying intensity.
