Соматоформное расстройство связано с психосоциальными факторами. Многие пациенты с этим расстройством длительное время безрезультатно лечатся в системе первичной медико-санитарной помощис жалобами на необъяснимые клинические симптомы. Цель: изучить современное состояние проблемысоматоформных расстройств по материалам отечественной и зарубежной литературы. В данном литературном обзоре рассмотрены основные концептуальные подходы к проблеме соматоформного расстройства, в томчисле предложенные в современных классификационных руководствах МКБ-11 и DSM-5. Обсуждаются известные диагностические и терапевтические затруднения, возникающие при работе с категорией пациентовс СФР. Особое внимание посвящено механизмам формирования соматоформных расстройств, освещаетсяроль соматизации, конверсии и алекситимии в развитии заболевания. Проанализированы основные терапевтические методы, применяемые к пациентам с СФР, с позиции как психофармакологии, так и психотерапии.
