Сон и COVID-19: нейрофизиологические и биохимические аспекты

Представлен обзор нейрофункциональных нарушений, развивающихся на фоне Covid-19. Сделан акцент на описание нарушений сна и биологических часов в период пандемии, которая рассматривается как мощный стрессовый фактор, провоцирующий разносторонние нарушения. Большую группу риска составляют лица пожилого возраста и лица с сопутствующей соматической патологией. Приведены данные о влиянии SARS-CoV-2 на другие органы и системы, в частности, на работу иммунной системы.
