Сон и старение: эндокринные и эпигенетические аспекты

Наряду со многими физиологическими изменениями при нормальном старении, меняется и сон. Возрастные изменения сна включают в себя: сокращение продолжительности ночного сна, увеличение частоты засыпаний днем, увеличение количества ночных пробуждений и времени, проведенного без сна в течение ночи, снижение фазы медленного сна и др. Большинство этих изменений происходят в возрасте между молодым и средним и остаются неизменными у пожилых. Кроме того, циркадианная система и гомеостатические механизмы сна становятся менее устойчивыми при старении. Уровень и характер секреции гормонов, действующих на сон, изменяются при нормальном старении, что оказывает влияние на процессы сна и бодрствования. Показатели сна взаимосвязаны и/или зависят от образа жизни, полиморбидности (соматическая, психологическая), полипрагмазии, эпигенетических (социальных, экономических, экологических, и др.) факторов. Увеличение средней продолжительности жизни человека и нейроэндокринные изменения при физиологическом и патологическом старении, с одной стороны, эпигенетические факторы и электромагнитная информационная нагрузка/перегрузка, с другой стороны, внесли существенный вклад в циркадианную природу нейросетевого взаимодействия головного мозга человека с искусственным интеллектом.
