Dream on the workplace

This paper addresses the problem of bringing employees to disciplinary liability for a dream on a workplace in working hours. The main research methods used in this work are modelling, and empirical scientific method. In the process of preparation work had been received confirming the existence of gaps in legislation in the area of labor relations regarding holding employees to strict disciplinary action in the form of sleep in the workplace during working hours. The prospects of using these indicators in labor relations by employers in the Russian Federation. The estimation of the possible situations, given the gaps in current labour legislation of the Russian Federation.
