Бесплатный доступ

Increasing the rate of adaptation of young teachers and the disclosure of their creative potential are among the priority tasks for the development of the education system of the Russian Federation. This problem is especially acute due to the shortage of teaching staff, the increase in the average age of teaching staff and higher staff turnover in the segment of young teaching staff. The article analyzes the experience of implementing one of the forms of work of the format of mentoring teachers “an experienced teacher - a young specialist”, namely, the Community of Young Teachers. The innovation of the Chelyabinsk Institute of the Vocational Education Development is a combination of online seminars involving the potential of educational institutions of the Chelyabinsk region (leading teachers-mentors of professional educational organizations), as well as conducting diagnostic measures at the input and output of the process.
