Economic sanctions and sovereign state principle

In the article we analyzed the existing sanctions of the international legal nature and the universally recognized principle of equality of States, based on the analysis of the imposition of sanctions against the Russian Federation, we deduced the provisions, contributing to circumventing the fundamental rules of international law when imposing restrictive measures. We have also identified a fundamental violation of the principles of international law in the implementation of sanctions policies by various countries on the basis of our analysis.
