The ratio of non-normalized concepts-day service and performance of duties over the established duration of working hours of employees of internal affairs bodies

In the context of the transformation of society and public relations, the introduction of modern technologies and changes in the conditions for performing certain types of work, the most relevant is the introduction of new forms and methods of performing certain types of work in the field of labor organization. Currently, employees of the internalaf airs bodies, in the conditions of totalreduction of personnel, increasing the load on units performing functions for the protection ofpublic order,detection and suppression of crimes, need a competent, effective distribution of service time and rest time. The article deals with the features of the organization of service time and rest time of employees of internal affairs bodies in the modes of non-normalized service day and in excess of the established normal duration of service time. The authors draw attention to the problems associated with the involvement of employees in the performance of official duties in these regimes and ways to solve them.
