This article is devoted to the consideration of problems related to the implementation of legal regulation of operational investigative activities. Within the framework of this, criminal procedural aspects have also been studied regarding the use of its results in criminal proceedings, as well as the role of criminal procedure legislation in the legal basis of the presented activity.
