Correlation of adversative conjunctions from anthropocentric point of view

The article reveals the difference of adversative conjunctions «А» and «НО» exposed by anthropological approach to the analysis of language units. The oppositions of statements with these conjunctions are being established according two parameters - the logic-semantic and connotative (appreciative) ones. It is being affirmed, that these oppositions are not absolute ones and reveal as a trend. It shows the expediency of bearing not only the speaking person (author's statements) in mind, but also the statements of other subjects of speech.
