Comparative analysis of the electoral system of the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation

This article provides an analysis of the key features and distinctive characteristics of the electoral systems of the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. It defines the concepts of "electoral system" and "mandate", highlights the main models of electoral systems. In addition, the functioning of the electoral processes in the Czech Republic and Russia is analyzed. The influence of the political structures and historical development of the two countries on the electoral systems is emphasized.
