An effective tool for supporting the continuous professional development of teachers of an inclusive preschool educational organization

The article presents the content of the methodological product “Personalized map of professional development of teachers of preschool educational organizations”, developed and tested in the conditions of the municipal autonomous preschool educational institution of the kindergarten of the combined type No. 8 “Harmony” of the municipal formation of the city of Novorossiysk. This product is a tool for supporting, regulating and controlling the process of continuous professional development of teachers of inclusive pre-school education. The authors of the article point to the prospect of using a personalized map in working with teaching staff, which is to increase the number of teachers of inclusive pre-school education with a high level of professional development.
