Competition as a method of strengthening the discipline and raising motivation of intellectual affairs officers

The article is devoted to the problem of discipline motivation and efficiency in Internal Affairs Agencies (IAA). In view of the previous experience the author suggests taking into consideration the gender aspect of male behavior and considering the inside processes in the context of the synergy of the contemporary scientific paradigm.
