Features of regulation of compositions of fraud in the Criminal Code of the RSFSR 1922, 1926, 1960

The compositions of a criminal act in the form of fraud in the criminal law of the Soviet state are considered. The norms of the RSFSR Criminal Code of 1922, 1926 and 1960 are analyzed. It is noted that the Soviet legislator retained some signs of fraud from the former imperial criminal law, in a certain way developed criminal law regulation, which was basically transferred to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in 1996. A feature of responsibility for committing fraud in the USSR was severe punishment (up to execution in some cases) and its differentiation depending on the status of the stolen property.
