The state of the vaginal biocenosis in women of reproductive age with metabolic syndrome

Comparative aspect of the results of the study of the microflora of the vagina of women of reproductive age with metabolic syndrome (MS), with abdominal obesity without MS, healthy women with normal body weight. It is established that the biocenosis of the vagina with MS is characterized by an increase in the frequency of occurrence, expansion of the species spectrum of conditionally pathogenic microorganisms, as well as the appearance of absolute pathogens in the vaginal biotope, which are a potential etiological factor in the development of inflammatory diseases of the reproductive system.
