State of immune response to the benign mammary dysplasia

Purpose of the study is to identify characteristics of the immune status in different clinical variants of benign mammary dysplasia. The objects of the study were 80 women of reproductive age with various forms of benign mammary dysplasia. All patients and control group carried out the definition of subpopulations of lymphocytes (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD16+, CD25+, CD72+, CD95+); main classes immunoglobulin IgA, IgM, IgG, total IgE, ultrasonography of mammary glands with the use of color and power Doppler mapping. We first analyzed the changes in immune status depending on the shape of benign mammary dysplasia.
