Immune status and lymphocyres metabolism in acute and chronic maxillary sinusites patients

The aim of the study e was the assessment of changes which occur in immune system of patients having chronic and acute maxillary sinusites. Population and subpopulation structure of blood lymphocytes was estimated by indirect immunofluorescence method. Concentration of immunoglobulins was investigated by radial immune diffusion method. NAD(P)-dependent dehydrogenase was defined in lymphocytes using bioluminescent method. Immune insufficiency was revealed in patients having acute and chronic maxillary sinusitis in the setting both general and specific changes of metabolic enzymes activity in blood lymphocytes.
