The comparative analysis of immune reactivity at older persons and persons of middle age who has born and all life living in North is lead. Features of regulation mechanisms of the immune answer at persons of advanced age are revealed. Are surveyed 112 person in the age from 60 till 93 years, 106 person in the age from 27 till 55 years. Investigated feces, urine, separated from pharynx; phagocytosis activity, mainte-nance of sIgA, the CEA and sorption activity of mucous epithelium.
