Bone mineral density (BMD) was assessed (apparatus Prodigy, фирмы GE Lunar Corporation, USA) in 60 patients, who had undergone chemoradiotherapy for Hodgkin's lymphoma in childhood or adolescence. The average term of follow-up was 7,5 years (average age during the examination - 18,8). Decrease of BMD of the lumbar spine was found in 30 patients (50%). The major risk factors for the decrease of BMD were irradiation of the ovaries and multiple courses of chemotherapy.
