We studied the level of immunoglobulins and morphological parameters of blood of calves when administered to them, and the preparation of nucleic acids of IL-2. Use of a preparation of nucleic acids increased the level of white blood cells and protein in blood immunoglobulins calves. When using IL-2 was a significant increase in calf blood level of leukocytes, and gamma-globulins. Roncoleukin stimulated the formation of non-specific resistance, which showed an increase in performance and bactericidal activity of phagocytic blood of calves. Increased nonspecific resistance calves accompanied by an increase in weight gain in dairy calves during rearing.
