The aim of this work is estimation of pro- and antioxidant systems balance in rats with thermal trauma under concurrent use of few sources of nitric oxide. We studied 30 Wistar rats, divided into 3 groups: intact (n=10), control (n=10) and main (n=10) group. We modeled combined thermal trauma (skin burn + thermoinhalation damage) in animals of control and main groups. Rats of control group got an infusions of sodium chloride solution (n=10) every day. Rats of main one got inhalations of 20 ppm NO and infusions of DNIC solution in sodium chloride. In blood samples we studied intensity of lipid peroxidation, total antioxidant activity and level of malonic aldehyde. It was stated, that combination of NO inhalations with DNIC infusions normalized the balance of blood oxidative metabolism.
