The conditions of training, retraining and professional development training at contemporary enterprises

Basing on the sociological surveys done in the years 2002-2004 the author analyses the efficiency of professional training at modern enterprises. It is further concluded that the existent methods of training, retraining and further professional skills courses for the personnel are ineffective. The attempt of integration of the open joint-stock company KamAZ and Institute of Management in the sphere of additional professional education is described as a possible solution.
