Condition of vascular-thrombocytic haemostasis in physiological pregnancy and pregnancy complicated with gestosis

Main parameters of vascular-thrombocytic haemostasis are studied in 258 pregnant women with gestosis: group 1 consisted of 132 womens, who were diagnosed with gestosis on 25-28 weeks of pregnancy, group 2 composed 126 women with gestosis diagnosed later, after 28 weeks of gestation compared to 25 healthy pregnant women. It is established that in pregnancy with late gestosis spontaneous aggregation of thrombocytes was increased during the whole period of observation, but parameters of induced aggregations were increased before delivery. Thereby, for estimation of gravity of the pathological process during gestosis and to forecast delivery it is necessary to study parameters of vascular thrombocytic haemostasis, and to carry out laboratory control over the efficiency and pathologically motivated correction.
