Health status and biochemical blood parameters of rats under unbalanced feeding

Бесплатный доступ

The effects of unbalanced diet and stress (ful situations) on the health of castrated and noncastrated overweight rats were evaluated. During the experiment, body weight of the rats was measured and blood was examined for basic biochemical parameters. It was found that the unbalanced diet led to the development of alimentary-constitutional obesity, which had no effect on the health of the rats, as they appeared clinically healthy and blood values were within normal limits.
