Health condition and quality of life of women with climacteric disorders with natural and surgical menopause before and after phytoestrogens therapy

The purpose of our research was to study the dynamic quality of life of women with climacteric disorders with natural and surgical menopause when being cured with phytoestrogens. There were used 2 questionnaires of quality of life- general SF-36 and special WHQ. The analysis of the data has shown that with the help of phytoestrogens therapy after 12 months the indicators of quality of life concerning psychological health component. It is clearly seen in comparison of group of female- patients with natural and surgical menopause. According to special WHQ the decrease of climacteric disorders in all groups of patients is also noticed. It is coordinated with the data of objective valuation of health state.
