Complex clinical-population study of 258 rural teenagers is showed that 33,1 % of girls and 31,0 % boys had bipathies, 41,6 % of girls and 19,9 % boys had polypathies. Combinative pathology is presented dysplasia of connective tissue, endocrinology and meta-bolic damage with prevalent dyslihidemia, somatoform dysfunction of vegetative nervous system
