Vascular pathology in connective tissue dysplasia in the tanatogenesis in sudden death of young persons

The analysis of 66 cases of sudden death from aneurysms of three basic localizations ( aorta, intracranial arteries, coronary arteries of the heart) is given in the article. The connection between forming aneurysms and phenotypic signs of connective tissue dysplasia in young subjects is revealed. Recommendations on research and documenting aneurysms are given. The conclusion is drawn that subjects with connective tissue dysplasia are at risk of the development of vascular or cardiac sudden death.
