Russia and China: cooperation in the education sphere

The article is devoted to the cooperation between China and Russia. The purpose and tasks of the internationalization for the world universities based on normative documents were formulated. Topical issues of an internationalization, in particular, questions of development Russian-Chinese research projects are designated. The concepts “innovative process”, “internationalization”, “education internationalization” are specified. The author's interpretation of the concept “education internationalization process” is provided. The features of internationalization and its advantages in the sphere of higher education are described. Main objectives, the directions of the international cooperation are listed: implementation of educational and scientific programs and projects in education and cultures, carrying out joint scientific research, scientific and practical conferences, seminars, network interaction. The need of mobility of educational services is proved. To achieve the goal the methods of analysis of the literature and synthesis of the main theories were used. The Russian-Chinese relations in the sphere of culture and education were presented. The experience of the international cooperation of the Southern Ural State University (National research university), the Chelyabinsk state institute of culture was described. We compared the main trends in education and defined the problems and perspectives of its development.
