Improving the safety of railway transport, taking into account the current system of motivation for achieving sustainable development

The subject of this scientific research is the influence of corporate staff motivation systems on the sustainable development of organizations. The purpose of the work is to determine the problem of the three-level bonus system adopted by Russian Railways and to outline ways to resolve it. The article contains a description of the three-level bonus system and its organizational process, in which the conditions for the occurrence of traffic safety problems were found. Measures to improve the work of the subdivisions were proposed and ways to actively prevent accidents in railway transport were considered.
