Improving the activities of the Federal Antimonopoly Service to identify signs of cartel collusion among participants in the contract system

The authors' attention is focused on the mechanisms used by the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of the Russian Federation to identify and suppress cartel collusion in the field of the contract system. Special attention is paid to legislative frameworks, data analysis tools, and examples of successful antimonopoly practices. The main challenges and prospects for improving the efficiency of the FAS in the context of digitalization and growing economic competition are considered.
