Improving the activities of magistrates on civil law disputes

The article discusses the issues of improving the activities of magistrates in the Russian Federation. The author highlights such problems as: the lack of necessary informatization, the problem of appointing employees of the magistrate's office, financing the activities of the magistrate's court, accessibility of justice. The topic under study is relevant, the author uses modern scientific literature, the legal positions of such figures as I. V. Reshetnikova, T. V. Shatkovskaya, E. V. Vlasov, as well as the legislation of the Russian Federation, his own legal position.
