Improvement of motor reactions in sport from the position of interaction of CNS and skeletal musculature

The article discusses the aspects of the relationship between the central nervous system and the development of motor reactions. In particular, the automation of a complex motor reaction based on the interaction of the CNS pathways and skeletal muscles was demonstrated using boxing as an example.
