Бесплатный доступ

The established practice of building the training process in hockey, especially with young athletes, aims to achieve results in the shortest possible time by improving the variability of tactical actions, and at the same time does not pay due attention to the physical and technical fitness of young players. In this study, a program of classes with young hockey players has been developed, aimed at improving physical fitness, and its introduction into the training process. The developed program provides for the redistribution of hours towards the development of technical skills by reducing the hours of the training game. Training with hockey players of the experimental group according to the developed program during one sports season allowed young hockey players to increase the level of physical and special training.
