In this work was analyzed marketing activity of society with limited liability «Elegant», were described main directions of «Elegant»`s work, were explored marketing outlets, were exposed existing problems of commodity, pricing, sales and communication policy of these enterprise, were developed effective measures for elimination this defects, was given economic rationale of measures for improvement of the marketing complex this enterprise.
